                       Employee Wellness


















                   Seitel believes that the well-being of our employees is more than just healthy living,

                                   it’s also about work-life balance, continuous growth,

                     and ensuring each employee’s satisfaction with and commitment to our mission.









          The well-being of our employees is paramount to our success.
          Seitel has launched several programs and initiatives over the
          years, including:
          •   Working with various fitness groups and organizations to make
             an active lifestyle more affordable to all of our employees;
          •   Providing health and wellness opportunities, such as an
             on-site flu shot clinic;
          •   Rewarding employees with additional paid time off if they
             complete their annual check-up;
          •   Encouraging healthy food choices by offering free healthy
             snacks on a daily basis;
          •   Coordinating events that promote health and wellness, such as                                                               Seitel believes that the well-being of our employees is more
